Sherry lives and trains on the coast of Maine while Kathy logs her miles around her home in the San Francisco Bay area. Running has been our common bond over the past three decades and we have found The 2 Year Runner's Journal to be an invaluable resource for revisiting the past as well as planning for the future.

We owe our gratitude to Matt Capelouto, entrepreneur, designer, and original publisher of The 2 Year Runner's Journal. Matt has graciously passed the torch to us so that he may concentrate on his other business ventures, his family, and of course, his running!
